Shipping Policy
If you're shipping to a U.S. street address, we'll ship your order via USPS. For your security, merchandise packages valued at $300 or more will only be shipped to the billing address that corresponds to the address associated with your method of payment. Any packages valued at $300 or more will require an adult's signature.
Orders placed and payment approved by 2 p.m. ET Monday - Friday will be shipped after order processing completes. Processing times for most orders are about one day, but products requiring customization, such as rings needing to be sized and personalized items, can take up to 12 days to process. After the order is processed, it's scheduled to be delivered 2 business days from the ship date.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will also be subject to processing times (pending payment approval) and will be scheduled to be delivered 2 business days from the ship date.
Return & Exchange Policy
ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because we value our customers sanitary rights, we have reserved the right to not allow returns or exchanges. Jewelry is an intimately worn accessory & we use porous materials. We meant every letter when we said we design with your comfort in mind. We hope you can appreciate the decision we have made on your better behalf as well as ours.
